Thank you for all your assistance but nothing labored as I nonetheless can’t do an iCloud back up. I did all the things you stated and perhaps restored from scratch and the two my iPhone thirteen & iPhone XR simultaneously can not backup towards the cloud. I also reset my modem but every thing works on each iPhones just the ICloud back up now not
